EMOTION!

There is a lot of feeling and emotion that goes along with your health journey! I have had people tell me they have felt guilty and disappointed in themselves when something goes wrong! BUT it's OK to have those feeling, they are natural and part of the process. The big thing is what you do with the emotions and the new behaviors you adopt after them. If you let the emotion get the best of you the you will continue to see failure and weight gain! Let your emotions motivate and empower you! GOOD LUCK!
