It is powdered peanut butter with only 45 calories per two tablespoons compared to the whopping 190 in regular peanut butter.There is no denying that this is a home run! I can't resist dipping my apples in it and adding it to my chocolate protein shake for a peanut buttery treat! But my new favorite is a flat out 90 cal with PB2 and a sliced banana, it is such a great snack on the go!
