Making Easter a Healthy Holiday

  • Don't forget the Fruit!!!
  • Eggs don't all have to be chocolate! ( I love egg whites)
  • Get some exercise with an Easter egg hunt outside!
  • Everyone loves a colorful spring salad!
  • Give the kids small toys in their baskets instead of candy
  • Have fun with decorating eggs, they are a healthy high protein snack!
