Mini Broccoli Trees with Asian Sauce

1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp ginger root, minced
4 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp water
Mix ingredients in blender/mixer and enjoy over blanched broccoli!
