- eat before you go to any party or celebration
- fill up on fruits and veggies first
- take your own healthy dish to share
- don't drink your calories ( limit alcoholic beverages)
- move away from the kitchen and food display
- plan physical activity into you day!
- put everything you eat on a plate ( don't pick)
- use a smaller plate
